Identifying skills gaps and areas for development and securing training resources to meet these needs.

Working on a free lance basis delivering training packages to a varied customer base. This involved working with clients to clarify their training needs, then developing and delivering suitable workshops to staff from Director level downwards.

The Anglia Regional Co-operative Society is one of a number of independent Co-operative Societies in the UK.
