Began working for Graham in about mid May 2024, going into my senior year at WSU with a major in Construction Management. I am a Project Coordinator Intern at the “Alexan Bothell” project in Bothell, WA. Which is a Multi-Use Residential/Commercial building, 2 story parking garage with storefront/Townhomes on L1, L2-L6 are rented spaces variations of size/finish/layout with an amenity on L6 and 4 Courtyards.Day to day:Send out observation lists to all the subcontractors every week, walk the site daily to keep my mind/eyes in relevance, keep up with all of the “As-builts” from all the RFIs that we put into Procore, which I also have been a part of! Keep track of the OAC Meeting Minutes/Agendas and send them out to all managers/owners/project involved persons, getting a lot more fluent in Bluebeam/Excel/Word, organize all the job site files, Owner turnover processes/punch list tracking, log all closed/open/initiated Observations, RFIs, As-builts, sub contractor contacts/owner turnover maintenance persons, Monday/Wednesday Jobsite Safety Orientation videos/education for the subs etc.

Father’s company I grew up helping with on and off throughout school. Brain Beard, my dad would have me help with anything and everything I was able to get better at as well as things I knew how to do. Does any type of excavation, utility replacement, foundation backfill, house/structure tear downs, all grading, trucking, dozer work, excavator work, roller work etc.This has been a great backbone for my initial peak of interest in construction and really what put me towards wanting to further my education within the construction industry.

Worked with Catworks Summer 2022, labored here mainly on “Main St” in downtown Vancouver, WA re-pave/utility replacement, ADA ramp masonry work which was awesome, sidewalk grade, city main waterline adjustments/manholes replacements.Conduit placement for a whole lot in Kelso, WA right next to “Three Rivers Golf course”Elementary school in East Vancouver, WA. Machine operating, grading for sidewalk, diesel plater, gas plating, water line access point installs, material movement.
