My goal is to enable a deeper sense of meaning and value within the organisations with which I work, and thus within society generally. That is, to facilitate the integration of education and business with the intrinsic inner dimension that all faiths and philosophies see as part of 'Being human' (and that some call 'spiritual'). For too long the spiritual has been seen as something to do with religion, whereas my doctorate research has confirmed my own experience: the spiritual, divine, sacred (whatever you prefer to call it) is just(!) life lived with depth and a sense of connection.Recent work in HE has enabled me to bring together 17 years of Quality Assurance research and management (in microelectronics) with 16 years in holistic health and personal development, underpinned by academic rigour.Specialities: Enabling change, values, personal development, cultural research, spiritual ethos & practice, workshop facilitator, integrated assessment, consciousness & awareness.
