Regional Service Manager
CurrentI oversee and mentor 20 technicians to ensure timely service delivery. I support the team in troubleshooting and repairing equipment to reduce downtime. I am responsible for preparing service reports and presenting results to customers and senior management. I provide mentorship, training, and onboarding for both new and experienced technicians. In collaboration with the sales team, I strive to achieve client satisfaction. Additionally, I maintain and manage the equipment inventory to support service operations.
