With over forty years of experience in engineering, social entrepreneurship, and innovation, I am passionate about creating sustainable and impactful solutions for humanity and the environment. As the CEO and a mechanical engineer at ES4H Engineering Solutions for Humanity, I lead a team of engineers and designers who apply Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles to design and deliver engineering projects that address the needs of communities in developing countries. I also co-founded and serve as the COO of Urban Seed Inc., a social enterprise that develops and implements urban agriculture systems that increase food security, reduce waste, and improve health and well-being. I have multiple skills in project management, continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and product development, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and methodologies that can enhance my work.
