From health plan startups to the Washington Health Benefit Exchange, I excel at taking teams and organizations from vision to implementation and products from concept to market. One of the accomplishments I'm most proud of is consistently increasing and delivering high (90%+) member satisfaction, creating further growth through retention. Calculated risks are my specialty. I’m particularly adept at identifying opportunities and breaking new ground in Washington State, from introducing the first-ever Medicare Advantage plan to creating the first print ads highlighting provider participants. But being first isn’t the most important. I’m particularly passionate about identifying and growing potential in others.
