I was in the new tooling department at Feintool where I assembled and developed new tooling.

Utilized all tool room machinery including prototrak mills, drill press, surface grinders lathes, etc… to machine end of arm tooling for robotics systems. Utilize AutoCAD to draw and create files to use on prototrak mills/ machine end of arm tooling for robotics systems.

Utilize tool room equipment to manufacture tooling and details to support production. Repair and troubleshoot stamping dies.

Designed and developed fineblanking and conventional dies and related tooling. Estimated tooling and part cost for potential new work.Coordinated die maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
