I excel at explaining complex concepts in simple, understandable terms, a skill that is especially important in my role as an Application Technical Support Engineer at NICE. In this position, I frequently work directly with enterprise-level clients, helping them navigate technical challenges with ease.Beyond my technical role, I also serve as a computer skills instructor for One Safe Place, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering at-risk women and victims of domestic violence. Many of my students begin with little to no computer knowledge, and I take great pride in teaching them essential skills that can enhance their personal and professional lives.
