•Crew Supervisor – Supervised and mentored 10+ personnel responsible for real time intelligence analysis.•Geospatial Analyst – Over 12 years as a Geospatial analyst for the US Air Force. Produced over 2000 target reports and supported thousands of hours of FMV analysis and Intel production for Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, Inherent Resolve, and New Dawn. Recipient of the Joint Service Achievement Medal•Training Supervisor – Identified, qualified, and managed 30+ instructors across four 24/7 operations shifts. Managed the qualification training of over 150 personnel from three Intelligence Wings and Squadrons.

•Weapons Handling – Utilized specialized equipment and techniques to load/unload munitions and suspension systems on the OA-10 Thunderbolt II (Warthog). •Equipment Testing – Tested all munitions-related equipment for proper mechanical and electrical functionality prior to and following the loading of munitions and mission sorties•Veteran - Deployed in support of Operation Southern Watch and Operation Iraqi Freedom in Aug. 2000 and Dec. 2002.

•Project Manager – Led the simultaneous planning, execution, delivery and implementation of five training programs for the Air Force ISR Agency ($4.1M).•Site Lead/Hiring Manager – Senior Firm leader on client site, directing daily operations and professional development for 35 employees. Screened and qualified new hires; Implemented and enforced Firm/client policies. •Courseware Developer/Instructor – Developed and taught 22 lecture and performance training modules for 150+ students a year. Implemented a fully functioning program with only 60 percent of the required work force.•Client Relations – Daily interaction with local and General level staff leadership. Training program recognized for “excellence” by the Commander of Air Force ISR Agency.
