The ICT is one of the Army’s four University Affiliated Research Centers (UARC). UARCs are a strategic United States Department of Defense (DoD) Research Center associated with a university. The ICTs established competencies are in making computational simulations which are realistic, virtualized, effective, and integrated across training domains.2 - Senior Research and Artificial Intelligence Lead for AFC-DEVCOM Soldier Center.
