With over 13 years of experience in the short-term rental and vacation rental industry, I have a deep understanding of the market dynamics, customer needs, and operational challenges of this high-yielding asset class.Prior to launching Revnest, I helped Vacasa grow from 40 to over 25,000 properties, reaching a multi-billion dollar valuation. I held various roles in revenue analytics, channel partnerships, and guest marketing, contributing to the company's expansion and optimization. I also own and manage six properties in Idaho, which I market through Zoca, a service I created to provide marketing solutions for a private portfolio of vacation rentals.
