Directed and oversee aircraft scheduling and maintenance for domestic and international stations in determining workload • Ensure required and scheduled maintenance is accomplished and properly documented per FAA guidelines. • Lead continuous improvement teams to achieve cost and turn time reductions, established training priorities for personnel to ensure compliance with company standards and federal regulations. • Analyze, plan, and adjust work operations to meet maintenance requirements and objectives with available resources. • Manage maintenance personnel, schedules, leave program (sick, vacation, etc), while enforcing safety, environmental and technical standards compliance.• Verify personnel sick, vacation eligibility, document overtime, and show accordingly in payroll records.• Coordinate with engineering in the assessment and development of aircraft non-oem parts in complying with federal regulations, proper fit and function to meet unusual needs, special demands. • Perform employee evaluations, recognition program and incentives, and provide upgrade recommendations.
