Welder Tube SUO-A 04/2022 - 05/2023 • Sets up and operate machines such as power press, test pumps,rolling fixture and grinding wheels, furnaces to procuce bourdon threaded tubes from steel, stainless steel, beryllium copper, monel, etc.• Rugh flat, sand tryout, heat finish flat, heat, bend, anneal, jog, harden, temper, jig and test.• Coats steel parts by dipping• Set up and operate equipment such as Turek & Heller.• Tube bending and swaging. Select proper rolls for forming tubes on materials IE: Bronze, Stainless Steel Prepare Flare Test and check quality of weld. • Clean tubing to meet final specification • Use micrometer, plug gauge, scale, etc

•Unload, check in, receive, and put away product•Maintaining inventory of various metering kit supplies and communicating with production team as needed to reorder.•Pick and pack products for shipment to contractors•Perform cycle counting and stock verification•Transfer product between inventory business units based on set of guidelines•Storing, cutting, packing, loading for shipment•Receiving, building, and  shipping Kits/BOMS•Coordinate with installers for metering kit pick up schedulesFollowing OSHA safety and  storage and techniques and participation in safety programs•Meeting productivity standards and ensuring accuracy of work to ensure set standards for inventory accuracy•Material Tracking for receiving, item look up and inventory functions, Shipping Manifesting system.•Operation of pallet jacks, fork trucks, lift trucks, reach trucks, order pickers•Receipt and maintaining storage area and records of  hazardous inventory items returned to the warehouse from job sites, IE. Used batteries, fluorescent fixtures and lamps with electronic ballasts, as well as assisting with coordinating pick up schedule.

• Picks stock from warehouse locations daily outgoing orders• Packing daily orders according to packing slip for shipping• Inspects,receives, and puts away incoming stock into inventory system• Kitting and inspection of stock for work orders and putting stock into location• Performs daily cycle counts and assists with annual fiscal inventory

•Performs inventory of blue item non-patient charge supplies. •Places orders for needed supplies. •Places supplementary orders as required. •Performs reconciliation of white item patient chargeable supplies. •Reports reconciliation discrepancies to CSM and nurse manager. •Collaborates with Patient Care Services to improve charge capture practices. •Performs probe maintenance and relabeling of shelves on an ongoing basis. •Receives supply orders.|Performs audit on all supply deliveries matching the receipt item and quantity to the actual packing ticket assuring fill accuracy.•Communicates discrepancies immediately to the Inventory Control Coordinator.• Coordinates obtaining supply replenishments as required in order to maintain adequate levels of inventory for patient care provision. •Files packing ticket documents by date and department for one year. •Purges files monthly according to the administrative policy on document retention and destruction. •Replenishes medical surgical supplies to Par Ex supply bins and to bulk storage areas, stocking supplies neatly in proper locations. •Stores supplies in compliance with first in, first out stock rotation system or by expiration date rotation as monitored by supervisor. •Verifies that the quantity of supplies in Par Ex bins is accurate at the time of replenishment and makes adjustments to correct inventory levels to avoid stock outs. •Stores empty totes on transport vehicles and returns to staging location. •Cleans storage areas according to established procedures and time schedules. •Maintains Par Ex bins and storage shelving for cleanliness. •Helps to complete tasks with-in the materials function that are not within the UMA job description. • Performs inventory searches for recalled product.| Removes recalled products from inventory as required. •Reports recall findings to Inventory control manager. •Breaks down cardboard containers and disposes of trash waste according to established procedures.

|Performs tasks related to the accurate receipt of materials and equipment including auditing contents, electronic and manual documentation of received and shipped goods, handling and routing to insure accurate tracking of materials is available.•Matches purchase order verbiage to actual material received and verifies packing list/invoice for accuracy prior to documenting receipted materials.•Collects daily receiving active data utilizing statistical gathering formatDocuments daily number of purchase orders, non?inventory and inventory; number of items received, non?inventory, inventory; number of personals received and number of items shipped as observed by management.•Performs various departmental related duties as assigned by Manager in order to contribute to the efficient operation of the department.•Verifies incoming materials, replenishes shelves in order to maintain accurate materials available for distribution, and reports variances to Quality Assurance Clerk and Manger.•Follows established safety procedures in the performance of all duties in order to ensure a safe environment.•Operates Material handling equipment to include propane fork truck and electrical pallet truck in a safe manner as identified in initial orientation with no more than 2 non'serious violations within this evaluation period.•Run stockroom order report 3 times weekly and adjust par levels accordingly and report to materials management for ordering of stock•Sorts incoming shipments from UPS FED-EX and freight Carrier puts away in-house stock accordingly and delivers supplies to corresponding departments by priority level.•Picks and delivers stock requisitions for various departments in the timely fashion

•Operate and maintain razor assembly machines |Understand and perform setup and changeovers of product lines•Participate in the training of colleagues. •Communicate with team leader and colleagues on a daily basis•Alert mechanics and technicians for emergency repairs or planned maintenance•Run any of the Extreme 3 Assembly machines - OPH Assembly, NG4 Assembly or Wave Assembly•Responsible to the quality of the Molded component if tied to their Assembly machine|Perform setups, troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs to the Assembly portion of the equipment•Report unusual conditions or faulty operations to proper supervision in a timely manner•Perform all material handling related functions including loading and remove parts from machines•Understand Bill of Materials and ensure proper labeling and pallet configuration as instructed•Communicate in a timely manner to Team Leaders and Mechanics•Push, pull, or otherwise manipulate) materials up to 30 lbs•Perform repetitive operations following standard methods or direct instructions requiring the use of some judgment in detecting and clearing misloaded parts•Be alert to detect and remove defective material and follow SDN work instructions for non-conforming material•Must fill out all paperwork completely as required using proper GDP•Will be the sole owner of the quality of work coming from the assigned machine•Communicate verbally and in writing•Pack product in boxes on the line, set-up materials, film, labels, cartons, etc•Clean and sanitize production lines with chemicals•Required to know the quality aspects of the products and be able to recognize defects•Perform hourly quality checks as specified•Adhere to Safety/OSHA/GMP/FDA requirements•Perform other lead/supervisor directed tasks•Produce product while meeting all production and quality standards
