Identify structural risks and mitigates in prospective transactions and recommend / enhance structuring of deals and covenants in line with policies and procedures. Advise account officers on credit risk issues / terms and conditions to create a best possible deal to maximize profit and minimize credit cost.

Credit Products GroupManaged an $80MM credit portfolio of middle-market relationships in support of credit underwriting originations and verification of risk-assessment analysis on credit request packages to be submitted for approval. Ensure packages are complete, accurate, and adhere to policy. Accountable for portfolio monitoring, renewals and annual reviews, coordination of pricing, and for revenue growth, cross-sell and relationship profitability.

Corporate BankingManaged a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral credit facilities with $500MM of assets generating $10MM in annual capital. Underwrote $100MM in credit commitments, analyzing financial data and information such as industry and economic trends to forecast future profitability and credit risk. Recommendations were made to Credit Committee. Obtained a 93% renewal rate on maturities by continued development and improvement on business relationship with companies and their executives.

Collaborated with the lending division in examining financial data to appraise and evaluate vital financial covenants of over $300M in commercial loans and commercial real estate credit facilities. Reviewed client portfolios to assure compliancy with facility covenants, reporting requirements, along with credit and risk management policies and federal regulations. Recommendations were presented to the Credit Manager.

Managed production and project for desktops, networks, telecommunications, and applications. Supported vastly different infrastructure and application environments and prepared a departmental budget of $150M for IT service management.

Managed factoring portfolio with an average balance of over $25MM in account receivables and developed relationships with clients and their buyers to maintain in perspective of the overall performance in their sales of over $90MM annually.
