Managed a multi-million dollar program of 4 separate projects as a coordinated effort to implement a new infrastructure of hardware and software for the Federal Services division of Delta Dental/Dentegra. Supervised a direct resource staff of project managers, project coordinators and business analysts as well as a matrix of partially allocated resources. Worked closely with the business management team to coordinate efforts within IT and other divisions to meet business expectations of environment re-engineering. Responsible for program scope/goal, resource management and budgeting, vendor relationship, and interface with executive management for the program. Completed the program within contractual deadlines as well as under budgeted dollars.Project: TIDE - Transition Into DIACAP Environment; transition of the entire Federal Services division processing an average of 11,000 dental and health claims per day onto an entirely new processing environment for hardware, security, and enterprise software due to DoD security requirements for a TriCare contract.

Managed the implementation and support of an enterprise scale web-based Workforce Management system for Toyota Financial Services. The main project objective being to create a custom Workforce Management system for specific needs of human resources management within Toyota. Supervised a direct resource staff of 4 systems analysts/QAs, as well as multiple partially allocated resources. Responsible for technical pre sale support and implementation project management (SDLC) of an ASP modeled web-based HRIS offering in the western US - TotalChoice.

Technical resource for sales team in the Southwestern region for the Aventail extranet managed security service (ASP model). Primarily responsible for pre-sales evaluation and analysis projects for network authentication and encryption protocols with new clients. Developed and managed project plans for implementation of service. Maintained relationships and ongoing dialogue for support with client management to help increase the effectiveness of Aventail's service. Also participated in post sales implementation support projects.
