Current Responsibilities:Team Lead and Refresh Project MgrResponsibilities include: - Daily Operations Mgt status meeting - Management and Coordination of the PSEG Enterprise Refresh initiative. This responsibility is contingent on communication, coordination, expedition of service and strong knowledge of the account and its dynamic cultures. The ability to partner with the Line of Business, Executives, Project Managers as well as the Compucom Team, to provide timely installation and upgrade of identified company assets approaching Out of Warranty Status. Which is a critical as act of the both PSEG and Compucom’s financial goals to have Assets ordered as well as installed in the billing cycle of the identified monthly/quarterly/yearly billing targets. Chair weekly Refresh Status meetings with customer Project MGR’s to discuss status of pending deliverables, budget, resources and expectations. As well as the customers’ forecast for execution of all appending initiatives communicated during the course of the Refresh initiative. Good customer peer relationships/partnerships. Directly manage 2-3 Refresh dedicated technicians, however, can expand to the entire account team and outside contractors where applicable. Team Lead Field Service Mgr:- Mange the PSEG Accounts Break-fix which includes all company Assets including Network and Local printers, which also include MDT (Mobile Data Terminals)- Meeting SLA targets- Review Client Satisfactory - Daily Ops Status Meeting- Chair weekly Compucom Team meeting- Manage 19 Account Technicians

Monitor and configure Network Managed devices remotely. Configure Edge security devices.
