Ensure that all packages are delivered to households in a dry-readable manner, in the appropriate location and the correct zoned version.Successfully select, contract, orientate and monitor the performance of independent contract carriers to ensure all deliveries are made in accordance with the terms of our contract. Develop and maintain good business relationships with all contractors.Perform and report client store-calls, taking appropriate measures to insure good customer service to client.Perform route inspection including bag checks in assigned areas as well as manage Independant Contract Inspectors. Provide accurate information on route delivery including quality of delivery and any independant contract carrier issues.Research and report findings of delivery compliants including, but not limited to, resident complaints, client complaints and non-delivery complaints.
