Facilities Manager
Current- Ensures effectiveness and sustainability by overseeing the organization’s financial and operations functions in a cost-effective and complying with statutory standards- Lead operations team to address all management, repair, and customer service issues for 22,000 sq. ft. office and museum manage day-to-day site operations including health & safety, logistics, workplace services, and asset management- Participates in CHS Safety Committee meetings to update and maintain emergency response procedures and management strategy- Develop a risk management plan, business continuity plan, and emergency response to identify and analyze potential threats and provide safety training drills to mitigate loss- Identify, onboard, and manage up to 10+ vendors (HVAC, plumbing, electricity, gas, fire alarm, fire suppression system, security) to negotiate vendor deliverables to support all repair works and inspections in accordance with contract scope and SLAs- Oversee the non-profit’s financial and operational budget, tracking all building expenditures, and analyzing the data information for evaluation and budget forecasting- Prepare annual preventive maintenance by analyzing usage rates, repair costs and priorities, to develop resulting proposals for upkeep, replace or upgrade decision- Analysis of space area and allocation of space usage based on various events function- Establish and maintain strategic facility planning, facility operational planning, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support key business goals and the allocation of resources- Manage and update all work manual and user documentation for building systems and equipment while providing training to all new hire members- Identifies and promotes subordinate development opportunities and proactively works to vet and implement them according to guidance. Oversees and supervises the quality of work to improve subordinate performance and ensure all goals are met with contractual and regulatory standards
