Principal Objective of Position: Working as part of the Operations team, support in the delivery of operations of the Circle K Dublin Terminals to ensure product is available to meet the market’s requirements in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner. Key Responsibilities:1. HSE- As with all employees in Topaz I am responsible for adhering to the company’s HSE (Health Safety and Environmental) policies and procedures and promote a culture of positive & proactive HSE behaviour. - I take ownership and demonstrate visible commitment to improving the HSE culture which is consistent with the principles of Zero Mind-set, No Repeats and Non Negotiable Standards - I commit to working in a safe manner always and strictly adhering to all applicable HSE policies and procedures which ensures the Terminal Team, meet at a minimum the legal obligations in the management of Health & Safety and its impact on the Environment. - I take responsibility to ensure that they have the competence, skills and requisite experience to deliver the HSE Standards required by attending the training provided by the company.2. Management- Respond immediately to any critical situation that occurs in any of the terminals or depots within my remit that may impact the company’s brand or reputation.- Support the terminal manager in delivering key performance indicators to measure performance and agree reporting mechanism with the Terminal Manager. Typical KPI indicators will be:- Personal injuries (TRC)- Spills- Crossovers- Security incidents- Near Miss Incidents- Site defects reports- Returned product- Terminal costs vs. plan (Revex and Capex)- Volumes against plan- Stocks gain / loss performance- Key performance indicators may change from time to time depending on business priorities.- Support the terminals manager in ensuring that the performance management system used by the company is implemented and monitored on an ongoing basis.

Health, Safety, Security and Environment:·         Ensures Terminal HSSE issues are addressed and drivers and contractors are adhering to terminal rules and regulations.·         Competent in terminal emergency and evacuation plans, and ensures all terminals users are inducted and trained for activity in the terminal·         Responsible for reporting and investigating product quality issues, incidents, spillages and accidents, which may occur.Teamwork:·         Clearly and correctly communicates critical business information to line management.·         Works with and supports team members to ensure clear communication within the team and to local contractors undertaking maintenance and repair, and all site based companies.·         Shares knowledge and information with the team and third parties to ensure the health safety and security of the terminal.Responsibility·         Structures and prioritises work during the shift to ensure best use of own and others time.·         Actions verbal and written instructions to ensure critical information reaches appropriate parties.·         Completes housekeeping tasks in a timely and structured manner.·         Maintains overview of all terminal activities and takes appropriate follow-up action with relevant contractors in response to terminal defects.Daily Duties(to include):·         Returns product to stock.·         Receives additives.·         Handle all driver queries.·         Daily stocks reconciliation.·         Responds to and records critical alarms and investigates them to ensure smooth operation of the terminal.

• Safe and efficient movement of the hard arm or hose during presentation to the ship’s manifold• Ensure that the hard arm or hose is drained of product or ballast and depressurised.• Un-blanking and preparation of the hard arm or hose prior connection to the ship’s manifold• Connection of the hard arm or hose to the ship’s manifold• Safe and efficient movement of the hard arm or hose during cargo operations• Maintaining the ship in the correct position alongside the jetty with respect to the hard arms or hoses• Verification that the hard arm or hose is fully drained and depressurised upon completion of cargo operations.• Safe and efficient movement of the hard arm or hose during disconnection of the hard arm or hose from the ship’s manifold.• Blanking of the hard arm or hose after disconnection from the manifold• Blanking of the ship’s manifold after disconnection
