I am a behavioral healthcare system administrator with a broad background in clinical programming, budget management, process improvement, hospital information systems, electronic medical record development and training. I have particular expertise with regulatory agencies like The Joint Commission, licensing organizations like DMH and the Bureau of Substance Addiction Services, as well as with the managed care industry. My focus and commitment is a team building approach, negotiating for mutual gain and optimal working relationships. Much of my current work is focused on state and federal regulatory compliance with patient quality of care measures. This involves cultivating workflows and facilitating communication among clinical disciplines and hospital departments aimed toward continuously improving and polishing McLean’s performance with patient care measures.
