Represent and advise business entities and high net worth individuals in commercial, zoning, land use, real property, constitutional and tort law matters; advocate on behalf of clients in appellate courts, federal and state actions (including CPLR Article 78 proceedings) and public hearings; negotiate disputes arising from clients’ leaseholds; advise clients of their rights under various commercial documents; advise telecommunications companies on zoning matters and compliance with telecommunications laws and regulations; prosecute land use and zoning applications; and draft various commercial documents.

Represented and advised banks and other financial institutions in commercial, real property and tort law matters; advocated on behalf of clients in all phases of state and federal litigations; advised clients regarding leases, mortgages, notes and other commercial documents; advised banking clients regarding financial information disclosures in response to subpoenas.

Represented and advised diverse client base in commercial, employment, trademark and unfair competition, licensing, insurance coverage and tort law matters; advocated on behalf of clients in all phases of state and federal litigations, including trial in the Southern District of New York; advised clients regarding employment and non-competition agreements, employee handbooks, commercial agreements, corporate governance and insurance coverage; and drafted operating agreements, employment contracts and other commercial documents.
