My background and knowledge in construction allow with my builder's license are a great asset when it comes to realizing the profits my clients wish to gain. I sat as the Chair on the Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission for 3 years which adds to my knowledge and ability to work in my market. My wife and I (Kimberly Cotter Co-Founder of DDPG, Grace Group, Basin Lofts, South by North Investments & Mint Brick Coastal Realty) are always striving to expand our businesses. We have recently started construction in South West Florida with a great group of partners. We hope to build a business that will be a family asset for generations.
