I am a person that has developed a career based on my strong commitment and passion for the delivery of excellent quality service within schools. I have significant experience across the whole education spectrum having worked as Headteacher in autism-specific special schools, supported accommodation provision, child protection, and safeguarding. My key skills are Training and Development, advice, advocacy and, service development, leadership, and mentoring others. I have always enjoyed building and developing positive relationships and partnerships with families/carers. It is my aim to ensure that each individual has the opportunity to thrive and develop to their potential.
