I am a Reliability engineer that provides mechanical support to the compression group. I am tasked with developing the Reliability plan for Boardwalk Pipelines and assist in its implementation. I also assist in RCA of past failures through communication, historical data trending and our CMMS system. I work with regional compression managers and contractors to assist in critical station assessments to give us benchmark data for Reliability analysis.

This is part of University of Tennessee senior coursework. We were given the task of designing a method to measure the velocity of paper as it exited the fuser of a laser printer. This velocity value was then looped back to control the speed of the fuser and match with the 'internal speed' of the printer. The mismatch in velocity of the paper in the system was caused by thermal expansion of the fuser roller. We budgeted, designed, facilitated procurement and tested our design in a safe and cost effective manner.

-Planned and Executed technical process for safe use of climbing wall.-Trained students and staff in a controlled environment dealing with the dangers of Kayaking.-Provided hands-on experience ensuring their knowledge and proficiency and the proper response during abnormal conditions.

-Installation of Power Plant support system (Clothes Cleaning System), plant configuration and technical drawing management records.-Daily Preventive Maintenance (Vibrational Analysis and Oil Testing)-Contributed to the establishment of a maintenace plan centered on machine reliability during operation and system analysis.-Updated Boiler CAD drawings and developed a standardize system for all technical drawings based on pipe size/material/location.Maintained configuration management and quality records.
