Keith Curran is a Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Harkcon, Inc.. Not only did Mr. Curran and Harkcon develop the new organization's Training Needs Analysis and Manpower Requirements Analysis (extremely challenging given the language and cultural differences), he personally oversaw the development of or edited all doctrinal and organizational level materials turned over to the Kingdom by the USCG. In addition to building these key documents, he helped integrate them into the new organization over old, stagnant models - a tremendous feat requiring patience, diplomacy, and tact!"
