TCSJ is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the renovation and revitilization of the Gateway Playhouse in Somers Point, NJ. As Executive Director I was a principal in negotiationg a 20 year lease for the Playhouse with the City of Somers Point. Reporting to, and a part of the Board of Directors, the organization has raised upwards of $600,000.00 towards the renovation of the playhouse. TCSJ was the recipient of three Pepsi Refresh grants totalling $150,000.00 toward the renovation. This is an ongoing Pro-Bono position and we continue to raise funds in order to open this building.

Manage all entertainment on board the M/S Epic and M/S Breakaway. The EPIC is the third largest Cruise Ship in the world. EPIC includes productions of: Blue Man Group, Legends In Concert, Nickelodeon, Howl at the Moon, The Second City and Cirque Dreams and Dinner as well as 22 musicians. Breakaway includes productions of Rock of Ages, Burn the Floor, Howl at the Moon, The Second City, Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy and Nickelodeon.

M/S Epic

When working as Entertainment Director with Norwegian Cruise Line, a Senior Management position, I am responsible for 250 employees and the entire entertainment division on board the ship. This also includes scheduling and all guest programming in 20 different outlets.

Responsible for all operations of a Touring Company of 25 to Daegu, South Korea for the Daegu International Musical Theater Festival. Academy was the winner of "Best Musical" for the NY Musical Theater Festival. Secured Working VISA's for the entire company and was responsible for all payroll and union benefit payments.

Responsible for all day to day operations of the National Touring Company of Disney High School Musical. This included a touring company of approximately 64 individuals including actors, singers, dancers, musicians and technicians. Coordinated all travel and housing as well as payroll and weekly benefit reports and payments. Audited nightly Box Office receipts as well as weekly settlement with the theater owner and presenter.

Day to day operations of Resorts Casino/Hotel Entertainment Department including scheduling of technical and office staff, payroll and purchasing of all technical equipment. Creating and maintaining operating budget of over 3 million dollars per year. Execution of Headline Entertainment contracts including transportation, housing and all technical requirements. This included direct interation with celebrity agents and managers as well as celebrities themselves; including: Don Rickles, Bill Cosby, Regis Philbin and Kathy Lee Gifford etc. Negotiating and contractinf of all Lounge Entertainment throuhout the property.

Direct interaction with all Headline Entertainers and their support personnel. This included celebrities such as; Cher, Celine Dion, Donna Summer, Don Rickles, Jay Leno, The Moody Blues, Chicago and many more. Coordinated all contractual needs including transportation, catering and hotel accommodations. Audition, negotiate and contracted all lounge and specail even entertainment in 4 seperate lounges and 2 ballrooms around the property. Made operational decisions in the absence of the Entertainment Director, President/COO. Supervision of IATSE staff of 18. Responsible for the daily operation of all office and administrative duties for the department including payroll and purchasing.
