An experienced executive and consultant versed in the delivery of community-based programming to address challenges in health care, Keith Da Costa is the managing director of Caresparc Consulting, Inc. Based in Maplewood, New Jersey. The company develops evidence based programming to address health and social equity. It launched the Sustainable Health and Wellness Village at Newark's Lincoln Park Music Festival and it ran for six consecutive years. In 2020, Keith Da Costa and the Caresparc team developed and implemented an emergency response food distribution effort in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to provide seniors and families residing in Newark, NJ, with fresh produce and other essential food items. Since its inception, this program has distributed over 1.2 million pounds of fresh produce and essential food items. Keith Da Costa co-founded Caresparc Consulting in 2017.Mr. Da Costa simultaneously serves as senior consultant with Newark-based Strategic Healthcare Solutions, LLC, which he founded in 2003. Through this enterprise, he has developed solutions and outreach strategies to address health disparities among underserved populations and has provided marketing assistance for healthcare-related industries.Keith Da Costa's experience also includes a three-year tenure as senior consultant with CP Rising, LLC, and 16 years as CEO and founder of No Barriers Home Care Services, Inc., which developed specialized programming for individuals that sustained spinal cord injuries, seniors, children, and people with HIV/AIDS-related illnesses. He has served on corporate advisory boards and on several community agencies and nonprofits, including the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund Corporate Advisory Board, the AMGEN Pharmaceutical Inc. Racial Disparities and Kidney Disease Advisory Board, and The New Jersey State Commission of Cancer Research. He also chaired the Newark Work First Investment Board.Keith Da Costa has also been a strong advocate for foster care and adoption. In fact, he adopted his nephew and has fostered many of his nephews and nieces over the years.
