Career highlights and achievements include:  Successfully delivered the first ever practical use of blockchain technology for processing shareholder votes at an annual general meeting to improve investor communications transparency and efficiency for a global fintech organisation.  Spearheaded the global response to the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) from conception to implementation – circa $30M p.a. incremental revenue. Received the Aviva Investors Exceptional Performance Award, having established an internal change management function and coordinated a successful multi-million-pound outsourcing programme.Having gained board experience in the public and charitable sectors, I am currently open to new and challenging Non-Executive Director opportunities in the private and public sectors, where I can add the most value in SMEs, FinTech’s and public organisations.
