I meet and greet potential customers, then I ask them questions to find out what their needs and wants are. I make a presentation to the customer based on what info they have given me, then I demonstrate the features and functions of the vehicle. Once the customer is satisfied with the choice they have made, I present them with financial options, acquire.

I was in charge of daily tasks, profit and loss, maintaining margins and bottom line sales. I also did the recruiting and hiring of all employees along with new hire paperwork and initial training. Scheduling and payroll were also my responsibilities.I control product inventory, theft and customer relations and satisfaction.
