In 2013, I was promoted to the role of state manager, and I led the business in recruiting, training, and developing the new generation of service, installation, repairs, modernisations, and commissioning technicians. I oversaw the business in QLD, growing our service base to be 10 times the size of what it was in 2013, in 8 years. We obtained and still maintain today a large base of recurring customers which were not in our portfolio previously.I have a proven track record of delivering projects on time within the demands of scheduling on a repeated basis, to the highest standards of compliance and safety.
