Responsible for leadership, program development and operational management for the Indiana Mentor Central Region area in Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding areas.

Provided leadership for multiple regions Wyoming, Colorado and Montana relating to a variety of services provided under the Medicaid Waiver. Key responsibilities revolved around communication with families & individuals, & external stakeholders & team members, as well as day to day operational management of all regions & senior management. These actions resulted in not only retention of served individuals in all regions due to satisfaction but contributed to growth & financial performance success. Facilitated expansion projects in Indiana, Montana and Wyoming, which are now successful regions in all measurable outcome areas.

INARF is the principal membership organization in Indiana representing providers of services to people with disabilities. Our members serve over 50,000 Indiana citizens annually and employ over 14,500 full-time employees. For 40 years, INARF has maintained positive work relationships with governmental agencies responsible for human service programs, promoted networking and professional development opportunities for members, and provided leadership and support in the promotion of quality programs for persons with disabilities. INARF is committed to strengthening the system of services and supports for Hoosiers with disabilities. As the Director of Advocacy and Program Development, I manage all aspects of membership services including recruitment, retention, support, training and advocacy, also having an active role in and facilitation of Corporate Committee and Task Force initiatives. Additionally, I am responsible for the development and implementation of Association and State Use Program services and programs, as well as assist with Governmental Affairs activities.
