Created the product rules needed by developers for new product & updates to existing:• Developed a full PGC extension for a newly acquired company (AMQ) (containing: two different benching lines with shared power, and powered, height adjustable desks, and post/beam companion to the height adjustable desks) • Created user how to guides for the new extension to be used as specification guides that AMQ did not have.• Defined general guidelines for material direction when documentation is not available.

Responsible for the management of the content and user interface of Canvas/CET Designer (the Haworth preferred specification and design software) for the Haworth organization and its dealer network. Additional responsibilities include:• Create, test and validate product application rules applied to product symbols to support the attributes of each product providing interior designers the maximum opportunity for unique conceptual applications.• Resources; statement of line, engineering drawings, catalog logic, design intent documents, direct communication with each department involved, and user feedback.• Responsible for all feature enhancements within CET Designer based on new product requirements, and user feedback. To ensure our users, had the tools needed to effectively and efficiently complete their projects.• Managed all user reported issues/feature requests reported through Configura; assessing the cause, providing recommended fix, then prioritizing the issue before forwarding on to the appropriate group.• Managing all user reported issues/feature requests had a bonus affect of being able to see exactly where users had consistent problems or needs for functionality with the extension that could impact how future product additions were implemented. • Internal consultant to Haworth product teams identifying and communicating product enhancements necessary to meet today’s workplace needs, trends, and customer/designer requests.• Facilitate product application and specification training sessions for Haworth dealer designers to help them leverage the wide-ranging tools within the CET Designer.• Accountable for the day-to-day relationship and communications between Haworth & Configura, Grand Rapids office.
