Sales Supervisory:- Conduct thorough analysis of the market place/ blocks and present this information to internal team- Work with the business development managers, Sales manager and Director of Sales to prepare bids or requests for proposals.- Assist in selling the MCNV portfolio- Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices.- Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. - Tracks transactions and prepares reports regarding information such as order staus, sales results, leads, sales quotas and sales representative earnings.- Maintain the sales and marketing database.- Gather initial Client and contract information.- Help implement new tools and sales practices when necessary.- Delivering high levels of customer service and responding to questions and requests.- Participate in the organisation of client’s functionsContract Management:- Assist the sales team with the preparation, delivery, review and follow up of contracts, as well as the management of all sales related information.- Participates in the development and fulfilment of contract requirements in the purchase or sale/delivery of equipment, materials, products and services.- Evaluates contract compliance and advices others on contractual rights and obligations.- Requests or approves amendment to contract terms or contract extensions.- Interact with the legal professionals to insure that all initial draft supplements are compliant with company procedure.Marketing Role:- Manage Multi-client attendees to conferences- Attend trade shows- Help manage Lunch and Learn client invites - Meet and Greet clients at trade shows- Attend Marketing strategy meetings on Multi-clients behalf

Within my role as a Geophysicist my day to day tasks include:- Analysing data and identifying problems.- Running complex job flows on the identified problems.- Creating Powerpoints which are sent to the client, with visual and technical information, which shows the testing and results applied to the data.- Communicating with multi-cultural cliental.- Attending Weekly Project meetings- Testing new methods which are released and supplying feedback to the developers.- Using a multitude of software formats: Visual 3d Software, In-house Job flow Processing Software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint.- Writing weekly reports updating the client on current work which has occurred that week- Client meetings face-to-face to show data which is on-going.- Attending technical Seminars

To supply administration and database management for the Sales and Processing Teams to supply data to clients working to deadlines.- Communication with MCNV on current orders and to meet deadlines on data delivery.- Running and supplying data to Clients, following instruction detailed in Contracts.- Quality Check of data prior to delivery.- Arranging Deliveries- Project Management- Development of GISMO with database developers.- Management and Transcription of ex-CGG Multi-client Data into Tango format.- Inputting of ex-CGG Multi Client surveys into GISMO.- Supplying SEGD data for in-house re-processing projects. Communicating with processing teams and managers.- Liaising with IT and Logistics Departments.- Management of large tape transcription project to transcribe 40,000 tapes to live disk which involved driving the tapes from the Crawley office to the Redhill data hub. Loading the tapes into the silos. Using the PC’s to instruct the tape loading robots. Retrieving stuck tapes from the walk in silos. Updating the GIS (Geophysical Information System) to document and manage the project and Bar-coding the tapes
