I can help them meet today's changes in our faster more transparent business environment.I work closely with IBM sales teams and partners specializing in IBM PA, TM1, Cognos CA, and Metrics reporting software. At Triad Guaranty I was reasonable for financial controls around the expenses along with developing GAAP and Statutory reporting for the organization. I was extensively involved in revamping the finical systems for reporting and expense management. I managed the selection process and negotiated the cost and implementation process from beginning to end. The solution allowed Triad Guaranty to collect, manage and report on cost center budgeting and Financial results in GAAP and Statutory reporting.

At ALICO I started as a Financial Management Systems Architect responsible to converting the financial ledger and upgrading the Hyperion Essbase reporting system. In upgrading systems I had the unique ability to utilize my understanding of Planning and Budget to covert the current excel load processes for Budgeting and Forecasting to a modern system. I was involved in the selection and implantation process of Hyperion Planning for a world wide multiple currency budgeting and forecasting system. By working with third party consultants at the beginning I took over the completion of the project and rolled it out to multiply division outside the United States.My responsibilities grew as I became the World Wide Manager of Planning to controlling, monitoring and working with senior management inside Corporate and a liaison with each division to gather, augment and allocating expenses and income to correct entities for Statutory reporting in multiple currencies and correct reporting to AIG Corporation.
