After completing my City & Guilds Plumbing & Heating courses at Keighley Technical college and serving my apprenticeship with S. Lang Plumbing, I set up my own Plumbing & Heating business which I ran for eight years employing up to nine staff throughout that time.At the end of 1999 Hansgrohe approached me with a Technical Mangers role to look after the north of England, Scotland and parts of Ireland, I joined Hansgrohe in February 2000 and got a promotion in June 2008 to take on a sales role as well as Technical, my title became a Technical Sales Manager. In 2015 I received employee of the year award and in 2017 my team received team of the year award.In February 2022 I received a promotion and became a National Technical Sales Manager.
