P&L responsibility for two Divisions providing operation and maintenance of infrastructure and facilities for over 300,000 water and wastewater customers in California, Texas, and Alabama. Services include all aspects of meter reading, billing and collection, a customer service call center, 24/7 dispatch, and field construction crews for maintenance and repair.

An early stage start-up firm for modification of risky behaviors for Industrial and Commercial employees to address safety concerns and loss of productivity in the workplace.• Advised the company founder on business, sales and marketing strategies as well as all aspects of starting a business. • Lead the agile development process for their Pathwell™ software which will become the cornerstone of the company’s service delivery.• Instituted a CRM package to track leads and develop sales.

• Key member on acquisition team for due diligence and acquisition of Robertson-Ceco Corporation.o Led additional M&A efforts in India to find a joint venture partner in Asia.• Full P&L responsibilities for $500 million in sales and 1,600 employees operating in multiple offices throughout North America through four distinctly branded companies. Responsible for all activities associated with the marketing, sales, design and manufacturing of custom engineered steel structures in the non-residential construction marketplace.

• Managed all aspects of sales, marketing, estimating, customer service and purchase order functions through contract execution for over $200 million in sales through over 600 authorized builders.• Accountable for domestic and international sales/shipments targets and planning.

• Managed a $ 20 million budget with $300 million in sales.• Responsible for all sales, marketing, estimating and customer service activities for multiple divisions.

• P&L responsibility for North American and International sales of $300 million including all aspects of sales, engineering, manufacturing, and transportation associated with a custom engineered metal building manufacturer. • Oversaw seven engineering service centers and four manufacturing plants throughout the United States.
