Provided Third-Party strategic, operational, and financial support to Technology Managers across 6 groups within the Chief Technology Office. Developed and implemented process improvement and efficiency for the management of 40 third parties and 150 software, hardware, and professional service assets totaling $45MM in annual spend- Single-handedly developed, communicated, and implemented centralized controls and processes to ensure requests to engage third parties, aligned with current technology and financial strategies and compliance with Third-Party Policies. Controls and processes developed and implemented include: - Configuration and deployment of Jira Service Desk - Provided centralized intake, review, and approval to ensure buy-in including financial alignment before Third-Party engagement and contract execution - Configuration and deployment of Confluence to centralize process and procedure documentation. - Creation of a contract asset repository and reporting to identify all contract assets, capture contract notables, and provide unique views across all groups and asset typesImplemented bi-weekly reviews of requests, assets, and financials with group leaders ensuring awareness of new engagements, contract lifecycle status, expiring contracts, forecast to budget variances, and discuss go-forward strategy to ensure timely renewal or termination - Executed Third-Party program deliverables ensuring compliance throughout the Third-Party Risk Management Lifecycle and in alignment with relevant Wells Fargo frameworks - Received recognition for consistently completing required Third-Party Management Program deliverables timely and ensuring accurate records within the Third-Party Risk Management System - Managed expense budget and forecasting of Third-Party expenses - Led the engagement process for new, renewal, termination, and performance issues for Third-Party requests
