Analyzed and evaluated international team presentations of processes, tools, methodologies, and results of continuous improvement, problem solving, lean six sigma and DMAIC initiatives used to improve organizations, programs and projects. • O & M support for F-4J/S, A-4 and AV-8B aircrew training devices.

• Remote field training exercises for Army students with "backpack" portable radar and ground sensor occupational specialities - U. S. Army, Ft. Huachuca, AZ and U. S. Marine Corps, MCAS Yuma, AZ

• Lead avionics technician for BQM-34A Firebee target drone O & M contract.
• Quality subject matter expert (SME) for CL-289 surveillance drone flight test program (Canadair, Ltd. and German Army).
