Although Training Ahead Australia is fairly new to the Rail Industry they have the right qualities to meet the needs of the Industry. Their approach is to provide a compliant outcome to the needs of our clients that is Responsive, Flexible & relevant to their needs.As their Training Manager I look forward too ensuring when maintain the highest standards possible to ensure a workforce that is ready to meet the challengers of their job.

I provided Track Force Protection on the following Projects;Sky Rail C.T.D 9, Murray Basin Project, Western Tunnel Early Works and many other works across the Metro, V\Line and A.R.T.C Networks

During my time with Mitchco, I was responsible for the training and assessment of over 60 new employees in a third party relationship with CERT Training.

While at Lend Lease, I was involved in:- The development, delivery and assessment of the Transport & Logistics’ TLI21311 Certificate II and III in Rail Infrastructure- Winning an award for assisting in delivering the core units of the Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure (130+ employees) working on the Regional Rail Link at package (B) RRL CMR- Managing the Rail Industry Worker Card program on behalf of the National Rail Sector- Representing Lend Lease at National Rail Compliance Meetings, including Australasian Rail Association (ARA)

I established the Victorian branch for Centre for Excellence in Rail Training (CERT) in 2010, managing it for the following two years. In that time, I training thousands of rail workers and assisted them with gaining national funding for their Certificate II and III in Rail Infrastructure.
