If you had told me in college that I would learn to write code and build a career in data, I would have said you're crazy. But practical application is the best way to learn and grow skills, and in taking advantage of opportunities presented to me, the world of data has proven to be my home. Every company's data needs are different, and those needs inform the proper, scalable structure and function of a data ecosystem. I have a track record of immersing myself in companies' tech and business environments, identifying needs, and driving improvement. My passion is for using those opportunities to grow high performing teams of data professionals. I'm proud of how successful many of my teams and former colleagues have been, and humble enough to appreciate the help I've gotten along the way.
