About Keith Farrell

Since January 2016 Keith Farrell is Sr. Managing Partner accountable for the health and wellness of the relationship between Workday and his assigned portfolio of Strategic customers within the East Region. Prior to this role Keith was a Sr. Director for Professional Services Delivery.Before joining Workday in 2013 Keith was Client Partner at SAP responsible for managing and growing the overall Services relationship between SAP and his assigned account portfolio. Keith worked with with large Enterprise customers in the Global strategic accounts program at SAP . In this role he collaborated with customer business and IT leaders to define solutions to drive revenue and reduce cost within the enterprise.In addition Keith was Vice President for Services Delivery in SAP America’s East region supporting ~170M in 2012 annual revenue. In this capacity, and also as a member of the North America Services delivery leadership team, he oversaw delivery of SAP’s Consulting services in Customer, SAP, and Partner led implementation projects acting as a catalyst for revenue growth and brand protection in line with the overall SAP strategy. Prior to joining SAP as a Senior Consultant in 2004, Farrell has held consulting positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IBM . Since then, he has expanded his career at SAP, joining the Services management team in 2005 progressing through a number of roles of increasing responsibility to his current position.
