Responsible for all Whitebay/Bisque finishing of frames and dimensions, HO/HE cabinet production, Glaze Cross Docking while maintaining Safety, Quality and Production Goals. Six Sigma Green Belt project yielded over $250,000 in material savings and reduced finishing defects by 50%. Improved HO/HE production efficiency by 40% through Kaizen process.

Responsibilities included the supervision of over 2 supervisors and 200 hourly employees while maintaining Safety, Quality and Production goals. Assisted in the development and writing of Standard Work procedures for assembly, receiving and machining. Designed and implemented accountability boards for all assembly work areas.

Responsible for safety, quality and production goals for two Kitchen At A Time assembly cells.
