In my hybrid role I provide operational finance support as well as FP&A support. In order to successfully complete my duties and responsibilities, I work within cross functional teams including Business Affairs, Controllership, Finance and Production to provide operational finance support related to cash management, programming assets and ancillary revenue.- Own all programming cash flow forecasting & analysis inclusive of weekly cash flow submission, FP&A cycles ( Budgets, Long Range Plan, Estimates & Closes), and variance analysis.- Own Daytime Programming (Days of Our Lives, Parades/Specials) forecasting and analysis.- Own and manage detailed tracking and reporting of product integration and ancillary revenue streams related to NBC Entertainment programming.- Manage broadcast music rights commitments and divisional allocations.- Primary contact for intercompany reporting and tie out with Universal Television Studio.- Responsible for processing and payment of third party programming invoices.- Perform monthly/quarterly close activities for programming assets. - Liaison with Business Affairs, 3rd party packagers, and Studio Finance.

• Create bottoms up budget for Marketing, PR, Research & Overhead by working with cross-functional teams.• Responsible for completing monthly/quarterly close activities and managing month end accruals.• Support Manager of Finance in preparation and delivery of monthly pacing submissions, quarterly estimates, budget and long-range plan for entire P&L. • Collaborate with programming finance and business affairs to forecast participations liability and expense by performing contract analysis. • Deliver quarterly departmental spend summaries for business leaders to track actuals vs. budget.• Maintain ad sales revenue model to forecast potential risk or opportunity due to ratings, pricing and volume. • Oversee/manage daily responsibilities of Comcast CORE junior associate.

• Support Director of Finance in preparation and delivery of quarterly forecasts and yearly budget for entire P&L by working within cross-functional teams.• Prepare quarterly cash flow forecast surrounding programming rights and production payments. • Create departmental reporting packages and own variance analysis of actuals versus budget and forecast.• Responsible for completing month end journal entries and managing month end accruals.• Perform weekly sales performance analysis of Tennis Channel’s OTT subscription app Tennis Channel+.• Own forecasting and budgeting of expenses and revenue for Tennis Channel+.• Maintain complex financial models to track three year, two year and short form productions and cost amortization.• Create new financial models and reports to illuminate potential growth and risk areas.• Complete various ad hoc projects as requested.
