My responsibilities include working with our Secondary Marketing group to clear agency delivery exceptions. Over see delivering closed loan files to investors for purchase, data delivery to agencies for loan sales through Freddie Mac F.A.S.T. and Fannie Mae Loan Delivery. Review repurchase demands for rebuttal. If the only option is to repurchase look at best way remove loan from balance sheet either by re-write into new loan or by selling scratch and dent. Assist with packaging and delivering of external audit files. Rebuttal for audit exceptions. Bond delivery and exception clearing. Private Mortgage Insurance tracking and activations.
