My team is my source of pride in this position. By on the spot coaching, teaching how to sell, and what to listen for we have grown sales by 10-20% every year. When taking this branch it quickly became apparent that knowledge of the products was the main issue with the sales process. By working with the staff to reinforce the learning process as well as consulting on every "deal" they became confident in their abilities. Last year I managed two branches which once again knowledge was the source of weakness. The Millsboro branch grew small business loans from 50k the previous year to almost $200k in 2021. Their credit card sales showed significant improvement by making little changes to their thought process. In both brances we strive to make it a welcoming, friendly environment where you are spoken to and interacted with in a manner you can understand.
