Started with 3 owners in November of 1997. Took over sole ownership in July 2009 and have grown to 38 employees and housed in a 45,000 sq.ft. building with room to expand. We service local foundries and other businesses. We have full CNC machine capabilities, vertical and horizontals machines (just added a bridge mill 60"​ x 100" travel) and 2 CNC lathes. 2 sinker EDM machines, CMM and laser scanner, CAD/CAM services and sawing and benching. We strive in quality and maintain our ISO 9001:2008 cerification. We can produce CNC machined foundry tooling in less than a week compared to several weeks when we first started. My employees are second to none, I have the best trained employees and an active federal controlled apprenticeship program that is very active. We have added 3D sand printing and will have it installed for operation in late July 2013. We are able to quote and print 3D sand printing now and look forward to acquiring additional customers needing castings turned around in as short as 1 week verses several weeks.

Create and maintain tooling to the foundry. Create tooling from customer specifications so that castings could be produced in the foundry. We were a support to our customers.

5 year apprenticeship at Ward Pattern Engineering and worked in the metal and wood shop. Started their CAD/CAM department and designed and machined patterns for the foundry to produce castings.
