Ensure customer delivery requirements are met on time through the alignment of customer demand signals with the capacity to manufacture the product to specifications by the required date. Plan the requirements (IRS) from the FAB (front end) all the way through Assembly and Test (back end), until the product is out the door to the customer.Analyze and drive closure on Supply-Demand mismatches and order scheduling exceptions.Manage Product Priority and Early Build. Manage any disruptions in the supply chain. Manage unconsumed WIP process throughout the supply chain.

VMI TeamIdentify opportunities and develop/increase Supplier contributions that result in Vendor Owned Inventory, Pull SystemsOrganize and maintain metrics around key processes to drive efficiencies into operations relative to procurement activities

Plans, schedules, and manages the efficient movement of material from receiving, the warehouse, and/or supplier to production. Develops raw material requirements and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production schedules and plans and manages material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production. Use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems. Negotiate lead times with suppliers and manage schedules for timely delivery. Maintains/monitors inventory levels, transactions, and accuracy. Maximizes the efficiencies of shipments. Resolves unacceptable situations with customers, as well as problems between shipping locations, carriers, receiving departments,inventory analysts, and buyers to insure planned arrival of product. Acts as liaison between customer, sales, customer service, and carriers. Advises on trends and/or shifts in demand that could impact company’s service levels.
