I also handle some tasks as an executive assistant. My boss works directly with our four owners and the CFO of our company and I assist her with any additional task she needs to give me (i.e. reporting, end of the month, etc.)

I’m a Billing Specialist working remotely for a company called The Sourcing Group. I handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable duties. As well I handle the FedEx shipment costs for the company. Making me pretty efficient with Excel and other software (I.e. eQuantum, Demand Bridge, etc.). Apart from that I handle whatever additional functions my boss and CFO task me with.
