National Grid Gas Services- Boston MACurrently working on National Grid Gas Service Installations ranging from 1/2" to 8" plastic pipe. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to discuss layout of proposed excavation, marking out gas mains/other services in area of dig box, overseeing 7-10 three man gas crews throughout the city of Boston, QA/QC, BIM360, general safety on all jobs, coordinating/scheduling of gas pipe installation with customers, and working around underground utilities.

Worked on multiple 62,000 sq ft condominium complex that contains 36 housing units. This development contains 52 townhouses and 216 condominiums. Daily task include logging daily progress of work, safety items, working with subcontractors and vendors, scheduling inspections (engineer, life safety, municipality, energy consultants, customer service manager, and etc), doing my own Quality Assurance inspections during the final stages of construction. Responsible for taking the condominiums from start to finish meeting expected closing dates that are given. Other responsibilities include holding weekly safety meetings at the office giving the subcontractors weekly updates, going over OSHA Regulations and as well as Pulte Home Policies. Daily meetings with the Senior Field Manager going over progress of work, 1-month schedule, 3-month, inspection dates, safety, and etc. Developed more experience in trades such as: foundation, wood framing, sprinkler systems, MEP, insulation, drywall, and interior finishes.

Worked on a $85 Million Dollar Armed Forces Reserve Center Complex that will have more than 460,000 sq ft of new construction. This project will provide work space for more than 1,600 soldiers and trainees, along with storage space for more than 780 vehicles. Included in this project are four pre-engineered buildings ranging from 2,000 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft. Daily tasks include logging daily reports into RMS, safety checks and reports, daily Quality Assurance meetings, Three-Phase inspections, and inspections of roads and grounds associated with the project. Other responsibilities include reviewing of RFI’s and Accident Hazard Analysis.
