Was recruited to fly Falcon Jets for Flynn-Gallagher Flight Operations at the start of 2000. We now operate as The Hangar LLC; same aircraft, based at Henderson Executive Airport (KHND).I served as the NBAA representative for 20 years on the Las Vegas Valley Airspace Users' Council and worked with ATC on airspace redesign and improved procedures for Henderson arrivals and departures. ... At least I hope they're improved! ;-)My participation in airspace and procedure design expanded to other locations in the NAS, as well as serving on the RTCA Class B Redesign Task Group, Las Vegss Optimization and served as the Las Vegas Metroplex co-lead representative.
